PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

We want your party/wedding bags to arrive in perfect condition, so our bags are delivered flat with the contents for each bag already wrapped in the tissue paper. Filling the bags will take minutes, and we will include clear instructions for this.

• £4.95 for up to 25 Party Bags and 5 Wedding Busy Bags. 
• £5.95 for up to 100 Party Bags and 50 Wedding Busy Bags
• Free for local pickup

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us for a price.

LIABILITY

Whilst we do all we can to meet delivery times, My Little Party Bags are not liable for the late arrival of goods. Please ensure that you order your goods in plenty of time for when they are needed.

PAYMENT

We can accept payment by

• credit/debit card payments via Paypal (www.paypal.com)
• online bank transfer (details will be provided)
• cheque.

Please note that your order will be delivered once the payment has cleared.  We will provide further details when we contact you to confirm your order.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there are any problems, please contact us, and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.

If you require a refund, (less the cost of delivery) goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned to ‘My Little Party Bags’ in the same condition as they were sent, with any packaging undamaged so that they remain in a saleable condition. We are not liable for postage costs for returning goods. Please ensure that you package the items safely and you retain proof of postage. We will issue a refund of the purchase price of the bags (using the same method you used to pay for the goods), once we have received them and are happy that they are in a saleable condition.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not pass your personal details onto any other third parties.

We may use your information to send you special offers or details of our new products, by email, or post. If you do not wish us to do this, please advise us accordingly by email or in writing.

DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY

One Party / Wedding Busy Bag consists of one set of contents as described in the text. Some items come in a variety of different designs / colours, which may differ from that shown in the picture. We will select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated. Our item descriptions always state this where applicable. Where sizes of products are quoted these are only intended as a guide.

All items are subject to availability.  We reserve the right to substitute contents of Party / Wedding Busy Bags should this be necessary. We will advise you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available and discuss alternatives.

SAFETY

Unless stated, contents of Party / Wedding Busy Bags are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the appropriate age for the contents of the Party / Wedding Busy Bag. An adult must supervise the use of any product at all times.
